Texture Map Practice

This is my texture map practice. I had difficulty blending the horizon together, as you did in class. I think the top border of the water is too hard. How can I soften it?

Hue & Saturation Practice

The photo above is the original. The bottom photo is the one I played around with. Some of her hair wasn't picked up by the magic wand tool selection, so it remained with a tinge of green from the original backdrop. I tired using the healing and clone stamp tools, but I wasn't able to edit it accurately.
